Carol Scarbro is one of Duncansville's Tastefully Simple Consultants. She has been with Tastefully Simple for about three years. She hosts many events at her home. Her favorite is the Tastefully Simple Cookie Exchange Dec. 8.

Saturday, Oct. 19, at the Grace Fellowship Church, Candles in the Cove held its second annual Harvest Fest for Duncansville.

Upon arrival, the first thing vistors saw was the "Melted Fusion: A Family Affair" food truck. The company specializes in hot pressed panini-style sandwiches. They also make panini-style dessert waffle sandwiches.

Because it is a family inspired food truck, all their sandwiches, whether dessert or lunch are named after a type of family member. Once visitors entered the community center for Grace Fellowship Church, they were met with about 15 vendors. Paparazzi, Perfec...
