It was a Halloween Parade!

Hundreds lined the streets of Hollidaysburg for the parade

Saturday started off nice, but around noon the drizzle and wind started. This did not stop the townspeople from lining the parade route with their chairs and blankets to save, in their opinion, the best seats in the house. Around 2 p.m., the streets around Hollidaysburg Junior High were buzzing with activity, while others hunkered down under umbrellas or in vehicles. The rain finally subsided around 3:45 and parade participants were excited, hustling and bustling to put the finishing touches on their floats.

The dancers from "The Studio on 5th" started a last-minute practice to the song E.T...
