Newry Borough still hasn’t responded to whether or not they are holding Trick or Treat tonight, October 31st, or Saturday, November 2nd.
Juniata Township stated that they don’t have a set date to begin with for Trick or Treating.
Please be safe while Trick or Treating. Wear reflective gear if possible, and use a flashlight. Use the Buddy system, and don’t eat any candy until a parent or guardian has checked it.
*According to the Freedom Township Volunteer Fire Company Facebook page, “Trick or Treat night has been moved to Saturday night in Freedom Township. Unfortunately for us, we have a banquet we will be serving, and will not be able to be out passing out treats. Please know that we will still be at our station, tomorrow, Halloween night, Oct. 31, from 6pm-8pm giving out treats. Please come see us in you costume.”
