The Borough of Hollidaysburg announced its 2019 Citizen of the Year on Nov. 13 at the American Legion Post No. 516 social hall. Donna Malone of Hollidaysburg was recognized in front of her family and friends for her commitment to service in the community.

Donna has been an active member of the GFWC Hollidaysburg Area Women’s Club for 30 years and has held several officer positions, including president.
