Hollidaysburg Welcomes Winter and Holidays with Winterfest Parade

The holidays center around traditions. In Hollidaysburg. the traditional start of holiday celebrations is the annual Winterfest parade the Sunday before Thanksgiving.

Katrina Pope, Director of Community Relations and Events for The Borough of Hollidaysburg, announced preparations for the annual Winterfest celebration with the placement of the "Diamond tree," from Canal Basin Park, on the Diamond.
