Hollidaysburg Farmers' Market Opens for the Season
Partnership Hoping to Expand Number of Vendors

The annual Hollidaysburg Farmers Market, which runs every Tuesday on a closed-off Montgomery Street from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., has opened again for the summer.
On Tuesday, June 16, six vendors lined the street, selling a variety of natural products ranging from fresh produce to fresh-cut flowers to homemade soaps. Vendors reported selling out of many products early in the day as consumer traffic was "extremely heavy."
Fernweh Fresh Cut Flowers was the first vendor on Montgomery Street and featured a 1961 van remade to be a travelling flower truck.
