Hollidaysburg Borough Council and the mayor's office have decided to reschedule trick or treat within the Borough of Hollidaysburg due to weather conditions. Trick or treat will now happen in Hollidaysburg Borough on Saturday, Oct. 31, from noon to 2:00 p.m.
