The October 14 Hollidaysburg Area Community Partnership Board of Directors meeting at the Hollidaysburg Public Library focused on trying to establish its new role in the community.
After the borough terminated the agreement the two had, the borough kept control of the major events, festivals, and carnivals. Things have shifted with the departure of Katrina Pope as Hollidaysburg borough's director of community relations and events and because of COVID-19-related restrictions on gatherings.
