Hollidaysburg Schools Attempt to Return to Hybrid Instruction

Hollidaysburg Area School District Superintendent Robert Gildea suggested during the school board's regular October meeting that the Hollidaysburg Area School District Board of Directors delay in-person learning.
Supt. Gildea said that contract tracing was conducted for a student who most recently tested positive for COVID-19. Gildea reported that the district has confirmed five COVID-19 cases since the opening of the school year. His suggestion to delay the in person learning was approved by the board in a 6-1 vote.
